Hey there! I’m Michelle — “paused” public school teacher(stay tuned for that story), full-time homeschooler, twin boy wrangler, gluten-free baker, backyard chicken herder, and unofficial CEO of controlled chaos.
After 14 years of teaching, life handed me a new lesson plan: homeschooling my twin tornadoes (one with autism, one with severe ADHD), chasing rogue chickens, baking everything gluten-free, and occasionally escaping in our RV for sanity and s’mores.
This blog is where I share real-life wins, messes, and “you-can’t-make-this-stuff-up” moments from our wild little world. Expect tips, laughs, recipes, chicken stories, homeschool hacks, and honest chats from a mom who’s just trying to keep the garden alive and the kids mostly dressed.
Welcome to Twins, Tenders, and Teaching — where the eggs are fresh, the bread is homemade, and the lessons never stop.
